It is fair to say that discipleship through faith development happens best in small groups or in one-on-one conversations. Relationships built in a discipleship process don’t happen overnight. In this two-week course learn strategies to help youth grow spiritually by building a great foundation on which to build a culture of discipleship and faith development. Participants will learn essential elements of an intentional process. These principles will be able to be applied in large and small youth ministry settings.
About YMI Two-Week Courses – The Youth Ministry Institute values relationships. Our goal is to create a relationship between you and the instructor and the other participants in the course. It is our experience that this network of colleagues continues to influence one another in positive ways. Expect to experience three 30 minute recorded class sessions, two live video sessions, an active discussion board and two applicable projects to assess your understanding and application of the material. There are no tests – only practical application of best practices so that youth might grow in their faith.
