As the fourth course in the Ministry with People with Disabilities certification, we will add one more layer of what it looks like to create an open, welcome, and creating hospitality to those with disabilities and their families. We will look at creating meaningful and effective ministries for those with disabilities and their families.
Some questions we will explore:
1.) What are some teaching strategies?
2.) What are some care skills that we can implement in our ministry setting?
3.) Are our church building(s) and ministry areas set up to be welcoming to those with disabilities?
Students are required to have the following books for this class.
