Seven days to connect with nature, God, and self. An opportunity to readjust your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This retreat will help you look differently at how you connect to God in nature in your daily life. The retreat is designed so that you may do the retreat sitting in your backyard, walking in your neighborhood, or on daily hikes on wilderness trails. The nature venue is your preference.
The retreat offers daily guided meditations, daily exercises utilizing the five senses, scripture, and reflections. As you journey through the retreat you may wish to incorporate photography or a journal.
By the end of this retreat, you should be able to connect in nature to God wherever you have a moment to be mindful taking in God’s beautiful creation around you.
This course is worth 0.5 CEUs.
