Rebekah Simon-Peter

Rebekah Simon-PeterRebekah, an ordained United Methodist elder in the Rocky Mountain Conference with a degree in Environmental Studies, worked as an acid rain researcher and volunteer naturalist before receiving her call to ministry. After more than a decade of pastoring churches in Colorado and Wyoming, she now writes, coaches, consults, and teaches. She is the author of many books including “Green Church: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rejoice!”, “Seven Simple Steps to Green Your Church” and the soon to be released, “The Jew Named Jesus,” (Abingdon Press, September 2013) An avid hiker, enthusiastic recycler, and beginning gardener, she lives in Casper, Wyoming with her husband Jerry, 7 recycling tubs, and 1 blue hybrid vehicle.
